Job Description

  • To implement and improve what the agile process means - grooming, daily, retro, planning
  • To follow and enforce the established load percentages (projects, maintenance, technical)
  • To consider the roadmap of the people from whom tasks come (Business, SME, Technical Lead, Solution Architect)
  • To know about the availability of resources at any moment of the project
  • To communicate transparently all delays, timelines, and costs
  • To monitor the performance, progress and evolution of the people in the team
  • To ensure that there is real-time monitoring of the applications (together with the team)
  • To strengthen the web development process
  • To consolidate and improve the project implementation process
  • To support the team members in clarifying different actions and objectives, as well as how to achieve them.

Qualifications

  • Technical knowledge necessary to understand the business
  • The ability to react quickly within the team (reaction, not solution - can be solved later)
  • To be able to delegate certain processes and tasks to team members, considering experience (and preferences, to a certain extent);
  • Good relationship with other partners/colleagues within the company. (other Scrum Masters, Tech Leads, Project Managers)
  • The ability to adapt and adjust story divisions, estimates, velocity, retrospectives, and other specific Scrum techniques
  • Ability to motivate and mobilize the team to deliver projects in quality standards.
  • The ability to maintain the attention and concentration of the team, both on the tasks of the projects and on their purpose.
  • The ability to communicate - effective and clear communication
  • Knowledge of the English language - spoken and written
  • Organizational skills
